Ms. Coralie Barnett
Position: Project Coordinator

Ms. Barnett has over 15 yrs experience in project administration work within the EPC and EPCM areas of project development, specifically within the mining industry, including contracts, purchasing, document control, and data management. Ms Barnett has been the administrator for several large and small engineering and construction projects most notably the Snap Lake, Diavik, and Ekati diamond projects located in the Northwest Territories of Canada.

Samuel Yik, BCom,C.A.
Position: CFO

Mr. Yik is a Chartered Accountant (CA) with over 18 years of diversified business experience, and joined the Company after having spent the past 3 years in the resource sector where he served senior management roles in areas of corporate finance, investor relations, corporate development, and commercial management. Mr. Yik also spent over 10 years with a major public chemical company where he held various management positions in finance, operations, and marketing. In additional to his CA designation, Mr. Yik holds a commerce degree from the University of British Columbia, and is a member of the Canadian Investor Relations Institute.

Zofia Ashby, P. Eng
Position: Senior Resource Engineer

Ms. Ashby holds a Masters degree in Mining from The Mining & Metallurgical Academy in Krakow, Poland. After working in open cast and underground coal mines in Poland, Ms. Ashby moved to Canada where she has specialized for the last 25 years in the geostatistical estimation of mineral resources, open pit optimization, mine design and the estimation of reserves.

During her career Ms. Ashby has contributed her skills to the development of projects in North and South America, Australia, Asia, Africa and Russia for many of the world’s leading mining companies such as BHP, Codelco, Vale INCO, Kinross and Cameco to name but a few. Her experience includes gold projects such as Refugio, Bulyanhulu, Kumtor and Kisladag, the Onca-Puma and Syerston lateritic nickel projects, the Dukat Silver project in Siberia and the Penasquito silver project in Mexico.

Ms. Ashby has acted as a Qualified Person for numerous reports prepared to satisfy the requirements of NI43-101. She is a Registered Professional Engineer in the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
